Due to the nature of our items, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and returns. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms.


1. General Refund Policy

Since our products are custom-made or personalized, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it is processed with the highest attention to detail and crafted according to your specifications.

2. Exceptions: Errors in Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in perfect condition. In the rare case of a gross mistake in delivery—such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect personalization, or damaged goods—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. We may offer a replacement or refund in these specific cases at our discretion.

To be eligible for an exception, please ensure:

  • You contact us at shirley@srobinsoncollection.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide proof of the issue, such as a photo of the wrong or damaged item.
  • The item is unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our items, they cannot be resold and are thus non-returnable. This includes items with personalized text, custom sizes, or any other customization specified at checkout.

4. Process for Approved Refunds or Replacements

If your case qualifies for a refund or replacement due to an error on our part, we will guide you through the return or replacement process. For approved refunds, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
